Meet Brandy,one of our grand dames of ITRN rescue – 10 years young. In her early years, Brandy had a family who loved her but didn’t understand Irish all that well so things went awry and she found herself without a home and in the hands of another organization. A rescue angel took responsibility for Brandy and she has been living a quiet life in the hills of TN. The angel expected Brandy to be with her for the rest of her life but alas – this is not to be. The angel’s life changed and Brandy left TN for greener pastures in MD but she needs a new home. Brandy is a happy, active, and healthy girl who would love to be the only dog with an owner who has a keen understanding of the breed and a desire to have the best red dog companion. Brandy isn’t bothered by her age and you shouldn’t be – she is full of spunk, mischief, and curiosity. Brandy makes friends quickly as you can see from this video clip: Brandy and Her “Neigh”bors

Brandy found a new family to hang her leash with. She spends her days in Green Bay Packer country in her own backyard. At the age of 10, she’s developed a penchant for counter-surfing and pilfering much to the amazement and amusement of her new owners. She is loving her new life! And we could not be more pleased
